Following the success of our two trips to Tuscany last October 2023, we have decided to embark on the adventure once again this year, as we all fell madly in love with Italy (and I can’t wait to go back). This time, we have chosen to venture into the region of the country most renowned and acclaimed for its gastronomy: Emilia Romagna; often referred to as “the gastronomic heart of Italy”.

From June 3rd to 7th, 2024, we will conduct our four-night culinary journey on a tour that wil encompass the regions of Modena, Parma, and Bologna. The birthplace of highly recognized ingredients such as Parmigiano Reggiano, Aceto Balsamico di Modena, and Prosciutto di Parma; as well as classic preparations like tortellini and ragù. We will learn the culinary secrets of the nonnas; dine in restaurants immerse ourselves in their gastronomic offerings; visit local producers, as well as renowned wineries; and discover the beautiful cities that bring life to the richness of this region.

Contact with quality ingredients, exercises to enrich ourselves in culinary culture, lingering over
meals, and engaging in good conversations. Let;s not say more.
